
Order Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations: Orders need to be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed to receive a full refund.

Returns: I will accept returns on items that are received as damaged if contacted at livingnaturallyhomestead@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping of the item, whether requesting a refund or replacement. Replacements or refunds will be issued after I receive the damaged item back and inspect it.

Refused packages: If an order is refused by a buyer when delivered, I will refund 50% of the order purchase price but not the shipping costs when the item is returned to my store. If this is due to an incorrect address, I will address these on a case by case basis. If the item purchased is a custom or personalized item, no refund will be provided.

Personalized and custom orders: Any orders that are personalized by design, name, date, customization, town, or color will not be accepted for refunds unless item arrives to buyer damaged. Acceptance of any custom order placed within my shop is at my discretion. All custom orders will receive a proof sent to them in 24 to 48 hours, prior to it's being made, and if the buyer and seller cannot come to an agreement, the order will be canceled and all money refunded.

If a requested text or item goes against my shop policies or beliefs, I will, unfortunately, have to decline the order and refund any money related to it.I will contact a buyer three times within 5 days in regards to a custom order at email associated with the order. If I receive no response after three contact attempts, I will cancel the order, refund the order, and the buyer is more than able to repurchase after that time.
